Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.
A Note on Genuine Leather
At Tajaone, we use 100% full-grain leather. Please note that natural variations in grain texture, slight color distinctness, or minor markings are not defects. These are hallmarks of authentic leather that make your item unique. However, if you find structural damage (hardware failure, stitching issues), this is covered under our warranty.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email/SMS.
M-PESA Refunds
Processed within 24-48 hours after inspection approval.
Card/PayPal
May take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless verified as defective upon arrival:
- Personalized items (e.g., wallets with engraved names).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
